On The Table
Welcome to my web site. This a place where virtues are discussed. The name implies that everything is up front and "on the table". Saying that, I now will tell you I don't plan on using my real name if. That will be the only deception involved. Although I suppose there are ways of finding who I really am I don't see any sense in making it easy. I have a real job and a real family and I need to protect this life as much as possible. I'm also a bit embarrassed about this site and want to see some reaction to it before I tell even my friends.
But back to the name. Maybe it is just the world I have found myself in but at times it seems it does one no good to be honest. Whether it be to sell an object, idea, or agenda, it has become acceptable to distort reality (deceive). So acceptable in fact that people assume one of doing it even when he isn't. I call it being the only honest person in a room full of liars. The honest person will be the deviant, the outcast, the one who doesn't fit in. At any rate, that is what this site will be about. Each page will address an idea, virtue, and my own ramblings concerning such. Again, welcome. Look around if you like.
